I went to Unionbank's - Divisoria branch for my EON card replacement,since its already expired.It is a hassle free process, and you can go to any branch nearest to you. Just follow some simple steps below for your guidance .
First present your old,damaged or expired card to the teller.Then fill up the replacement form and present some valid identification card for confirmation that you are the owner. Lastly, don't forget to pay the card replacement charge. It cost only Php 150.
By the way Eon Card replacement takes seven (7) banking days or you can follow up or call the said branch.
